Production time
- 5 – 10 working days after art approval.
- Rush orders depend on production availability at time order is placed.
Changes/ Cancellations
- Cancellations and changes are accepted in writing.
- After art approval, and production beginning, alterations and changes may cause additional charges and change shipment dates.
Samples
- Custom Orders require pre-production samples and are invoiced at the cost of the item including associated charges and freight costs.
- Random samples and plain samples are billed with credit issued when an order of 10 pieces minimum is placed.
