- Clients have the choice of the shipment company.
- Shipping charges on buyers account.
- Buyers take consequences resulting from freight carrier as delays or failures.
Packaging
- All products are packed in representative gift boxes carefully and safe in order to arrive in perfect conditions to its final destination. Packaging is included.
- Each box will be sealed properly with the company’s label as an assurance of quality and safety.
- In the event of breakage, clients make claims against the carrier.
- Recipient must save the outer carton, packing material as well as all broken items for inspection by the carrier.
- Do notify us within 3 days so that we are able to replace your merchandise.
